RETURNS

You may return your dress to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. We will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, which will be valid for SIX MONTHS. We are only able to accept returns on items but they must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. In addition, Special Order items are not eligible for return.
To return an item please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA number), and write that number on the outside of your return package.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Returned items will be issued credit with the following deductions:
US Customers: For orders which were eligible for Free Shipping, a $10.00 deduction will be applied to the issuance of store credit. Any future store credit orders are still eligible for Free Shipping.
Any items purchased through the use of store credit, will become Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is FREE on all orders shipping within the United States over $500.00. While shipping method is at our discretion, we typically use UPS. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
In some cases express shipping is available. Please note that express shipping does not expedite the processing of your order, please contact us.  2 Day shipping – $22, 1 Day Shipping – $31 Please contact us for the options available in your area.
